What technical tracks are available on Evalynq Talent?
We offer assessment tracks tailored for humanitarian and engineering operations, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Information Management (IM), Data Analysis, Full-Stack Development, and Mobile Data Collection. New tracks are regularly authored by domain experts.
How does browser proctoring work?
When configured, browser-only integrity controls can require fullscreen and screen sharing, and record tab visibility, focus, and clipboard signals for human review. Screen video stays in your browser and is not uploaded to Evalynq. No external proctoring API or AI monitoring is used.
Can I retake an assessment if I don't pass?
Yes. Most assessment tracks allow up to 3 attempts with a 14-day cooldown period between attempts to allow for skill development and preparation.
How long does a practical task review take?
Practical deliverables evaluated by blind human reviewers are typically graded within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your full scorecard is released.
What is the active roster?
The active roster is a discoverable directory of job seekers who have passed a published Evalynq assessment track. Verified recruiters search the roster to identify qualified talent for contracts, permanent roles, and emergency deployments.
